Why will you not just tell me a price over the phone?
Because we would be pricing a guess. Two chimneys that sound identical on the phone can be a quick sweep and a full reline once the camera goes up. The free look exists so the number you get is real.
Do you charge for the inspection if I decline the work?
No. The inspection is free, the findings are yours, and declining the quote has no fee attached. We would rather you make a calm decision than a pressured one.
Can I split larger work into stages?
Often, yes. Masonry and relining work can frequently be sequenced by urgency, with the safety-critical items first and the cosmetic ones scheduled to suit your budget. The quote will show you which is which.
